Thank you all for entering my very first giveaway! Here are the results…
To pick the winner, I put everyone’s entries on an Excel spreadsheet. This included your main entry through my online form and all the extra entries for participating in my daily requests. I used Google’s random number generator to pick a number, and that number on the spreadsheet was the winner. I did the drawing live on Instagram so everyone could watch. I wanted this to be as fair as possible.
I did the first drawing on Wednesday, November 21, right before Thanksgiving. I reached out to the winner, but never heard from her, so I was unable to ship her the prize.
So, because someone should own this beautiful Showman bridle and breastcollar (plus the amazing hand-beaded bonuses from High Desert Bead Craft) I drew another winner again today. This time, the lucky winner was Randy Z., and she happened to be watching me live on Instagram, so her prize is already headed her way.
This was so much fun! I am going to start doing regular giveaways, so be sure to read my emails and follow me on Instagram and Facebook so that you can be the first to know when the next entry period opens. If you want to join my email list, enter your email address on the popup form for five free riding patterns and you will be automatically added.
In the meantime, I had tons of comments asking where someone could buy a tack set like the one I used in my giveaway. Christmas is coming and I highly recommend buying yourself something, because you deserve it.
Although the exact red and turquoise set I used in my giveaway is no longer available, Showman makes other stunning bridle and breastcollar sets at very reasonable prices.
If red and blue are your colors, check out this beaded set. The color is more royal blue than the turquoise one I gave away, but it is still stunning (buy it here).
If rainbows and tie dye are your thing (they are definitely mine!) Showman also delivers with a rainbow tie dye set (buy it here).
Because blue and green are the two perfect neutrals (seriously, every horse looks great in blue and green!) consider this peacock feather pattern bridle and breastcollar set (buy it here).
You can find High Desert Bead Craft on Facebook here. She takes custom orders and is so nice to work with. I highly recommend contacting her for any beaded item you are looking for.
Although today is Cyber Monday, I suspect that great deals will continue up until Christmas, and the real bargains always start in January.
May this Christmas season bring you everything you wish for. I am so thankful for all of the support everyone has shown me through my first six months in business. I couldn’t ask for a better online tribe than this little one I’ve created. I can’t wait for 2019 and the amazing things coming for High Plains Arena, and I can’t wait to share all of it with you.
Since this is just the first giveaway of many, let me know in the comments below what you would like to see me give away next time!
